We will always try to give our best for our customers and keep all the work within the monthly fee, but if we see that what you need will not fit within your plan you will be able to buy extra hours.
You can submit unlimited tickets as long as it will not take more time than what you have on your monthly plan.
If it’s emergency we will work on your website immediately, if you have support requests that are not urgent we will tell you what is the estimated time ( it can be fast as 30 minutes and up to 24 hours )
Yes, we offer 24/7 but please note that if its during weekends then we focuse more on urgent support requests, if your request is not urgent we will address that right after the weekend.
